Clients are required to book an appointment prior to going to the store. You may avail of a free appointment for a quick 15 minute browse through our collection of dresses and accessories or your could go with our 45 minute dress appointment for a fee of $32.00 which will be a stylist guided gown selection process.

Please do arrive on time for your set appointment as schedules will note be adjusted so as not to cause delays for succeeding appointments. Our consultant will ask you a few questions to get to know your personal preference for dress styles, we also encourage clients to prepare some images of their style inspiration for the dress. From there, Consultant will show you suggested dress selections you may choose from which you'd like to fit. If the client is comfortable, your assigned consultant will assist you in the fitting room for putting on dresses. Please note that our dresses can be ordered in any size, however the gowns in the store to try on and purchase off the rack range from sizes 0-14.

Ideally, brides should look for their dress at 4-12 months ahead of the wedding day. Gowns within the store are all new and can be purchased off the sales floor. For gown orders that are to be made, a 4-6 months minimum timeframe is necessary. Rush orders can be availed depending on designers availability with additional fees incurred. Rush orders can be considered if with a 8-12 week time allowance.

Get your wedding dress to last over time and avail of gown preservation is a must. Unpreserved dresses may turn yellow over time. Depending on the type of the gown and the dress' state after being worn, we offer an organic in-house specialty gown cleaning and preservation package from $545 to $845. Your precious priceless gown will be kept safe and secured in the memento box to be passed down through the generations. For brides interested in annually donating, selling, or trying on their wedding gowns, there are also "clean and hang" alternatives ranging in price from $170 to $445.
